I have seen it mentioned that there are over 200 posable symtoms assosiated with celiac...where can I , or can some one send me a list. I have been abel to link some problems I have been having for years to being celiac. Just wondering if there are any more out there that I can.

Also I am in need of a food list please.

I don't know where you can find a list of symptoms online, but there's one in the book Dangerous Grains. It seems like every possible disease you can have can be celiac realted!

There are some lists of safe and not safe foods on this site. It took me a while to find them - they're buried in the FAQs.

A sort of symptoms list from this site:

There are some lists elsewhere online, but you really need to combine a couple of them to get a relatively thorough listing.

      Thanks for your input.

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
