I decided to join the gluten free singles.com dating website and am really disappointed by the site and lack of users. Has anyone had experience with this site?  I thought it could be fun to finally go out to eat with someone who also has celiac disease but alas...there aren't even any members that live in my area of Golden, CO!

 

What kind of sites have you guys found for socializing and or support groups in your areas? Are they active? Sometimes it would be nice to have that support with others who are also living with this daily other than just forums. 

 

Anyone in Colorado?!

Check out the Gluten Intolerance Group's page, they have a few in CO:  Open Original Shared Link

 

Also general web searches may uncover a non-GIG support group or two.  Udis is based in Co!

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
