Pissenlit - Dent-the-lion

I want to understand  why the gluten in - pissenlit / dent-the-lion ----- is not Inside the gluten list ingredient - the ---- pissenlit ---- have some gluten in roots - but nobody look to take care of this gluten ingrédients - I want to understand why ?????

 

mieux en Français pour moi ;

le pissenlit contient du gluten entre autres dans sa racine - je veux savoir pourquoi ce gluten n,est jamais identifié ni nommé - est-il différent ?  il me semble qu'il devrait faire partie avec le blé et les autres céréales comme contenant du gluten - pourquoi est-il différent ?

I don't speak French, so I am not really sure what you are asking.

 

There is no gluten in the root of a plant.  gluten is in the seed of wheat, rye or barley.

 

Dandelions do not contain gluten.  If they are inside a food, there could be gluten in another ingredient.
