does anyone eat trader joe's microwave jasmine rice. the ingredients are only rice but it doesn't say gluten free like some other trader joe's products. is there any chance of cc?

No.  I have not tried this product.  I do find that I rarely buy TJ products anymore, because they do not disclose their manufacturers.    I stick with name brands that I can contact via email or phone. 

Consider a cheap small electric rice cooker.  It just takes 20 minutes.  I plug it in on the patio on hot days when I am grilling outside for the same reason (no need to add more heat to my house and waste a/c).  Be sure to rinse rice well before cooking to help reduce arsenic levels and eat in moderation.   Consumer Reports  tested many kinds of rice.  Those grown in California have some of the lowest arsenic levels.  Google it.

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
