Prana Organics no longer GFCO-certified
Updating to note that it has been over a month since I initially wrote Prana and they haven't provided a response to my question about what testing limits (ppm) they use now. I've sent them a couple reminder emails but nothing. Booo. -

need help understanding testing result for Naked Nutrition Creatine please
I wrote them back seeking clarification on their testing. The response was that they test to ensure the product is 5 ppm or under. So far no trouble with the product but I hate to see these companies drop the outside certification. -

Yes, @hjayne19, This is what I was saying in my post on January 15th and suggested the low histamine Autoimmune Protocol Diet which eliminates high histamine foods and histamine releasing foods. -

Well here’s the thing even small amounts affect people and unfortunately I’m one of those. Cross contamination is a big factor. You really don’t think of it.Im just grateful that there is more and more foods available for cealiac.
