Is this DH?

I've had this rash on my hand for a good 6 months. This is it looking a lot better than before. It has little blister like pockets that puss if squeezed. And the itch is so intense that it hurts. I have stopped eating gluten, except two accidental encounters a couple weeks ago. I can't get to a doctor to get it checked so was wondering if anyone here thinks it is the celiac rash? Maybe I don't have celiac, but just highly sensitive to gluten?

We don't know. There is no photo and there are many rashes that all resemble each other anyway. Is it only on the one hand?

I tried adding a photo, guess it didn't work. Yes, it is only on one hand.

Can't get an image to work. But at the moment it is flaring up again, very red with tiny bumps/blisters all over.

A hallmark of dh is that it appears bilaterally; that is on both sides of the body ie: both hands, both knees, both arms, whatever. It echoes itself from one side of the body to  the corresponding area on the other side of the body.

Is it typical to have it run down both sides of neck and both sides of spine , down middle crack of scalp and on both eyebrows?  Does oatmeal stuff come out? my doc thinks its pemphigoid...i still dont.

I get full of liquid and i can move the liquid balls under my skin in the forehead or back for example....and the whole thing planes off when i push it out....i have some big areas and some clusters at the bottom of my hair/scalp neckline, but its everywhere pretty much

      Thanks for your input.

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
