Soreness? Right track, long term

Past few days I've been working on a diet plan that will hopefully help more than what I've been doing. This morning I woke up feeling like I did a few hundred crunches yesterday though all I did was rest. My constipation problems haven't ever given me this type of discomfort so I'm not sure if it's the intestines actually starting to heal more.

Any suggestions or related experiences? Thanks!

Hi Taras,

Can you give us some more info? I'm guessing you mean what else can you do with your diet other than going gluten-free? (Many of us end up with other food intolerances or find that it helps to cut back on certain things). How long have you been gluten-free? Are you getting bad pains? If it's early days, our guts can still be very touchy.

More info will help us give some advice.

The diet part wasn't really important. It's the soreness that was strange. I haven't worked out for my abs or anything like that but I felt really sore as if I had honestly done 100s of crunches. Was wondering if anyone else has had similar soreness.

Well anyway since lack of mucos is related to issues with healing Celiac intestinal damage I thought adding decent amounts of bananas would help. In relation to that soreness though nothing came from it, like a BM or change in those types of habits. It just was simply sore like a good work out..

Thank you ,it’s been a long road for me for having both now ,what upsets the most is that if they discovered that I also have cealiac earlier I would not have injested gluten if I was aware. Double whammy.

Some interesting articles regarding the use of Zinc Carnosine to help heal gastric ulcers, gastritis and intestinal permeability. I would consult a medical professional about it's use. https://www.nature.com/articles/ncpgasthep0778 https://www.rupahealth.com/post/clinical-applications-of-zinc-carnosine---evidence-review https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7146259/ https://www.fallbrookmedicalcenter.com/zinc-l-carnosine-benefits-dosage-and-safety/
