Gluten-free chocolate chip cookies made by 'Enjoy Life'.  My wife just came home with these.  Found them in Acme.  Taste just like Chips Ahoy chocolate chips.  Impressive.  Good find.

Yep I use their chocolate chunks, and chips often in my bakery for stuff that does not require sugar free. Personally I love Lakanto Bars, but I have to avoid sugar, dairy, and soy which are in others. I complied a bit of a list of many gluten free products. We suggest a whole foods only diet at first avoiding dairy and oats, to boost healing for when you get your diagnosis done. But you can look forward to some of them....just be careful with most processed foods as they are often really high in starches and sugars. https://www.celiac.com/forums/topic/121148-gluten-free-food-alternative-list-2018-q2/

Thanks for sharing Scott. Congratulations on having a gluten-free daughter as well makes me proud

My daughter is 19 and is gluten-free, and for her high school seemed to be the hardest period to deal with. Peer pressure was intense and it sometimes led her to cheat on her diet. She is doing much better with it now.

Do you have officially diagnosed celiac disease? Or are you not a celiac but gluten sensitive?
    • Gluten Free Jeff
In general I guess. I wasn't gluten free until I graduated highschool.

Welcome to the forum, @Gluten Free Jeff! Are you asking this for yourself or for someone else say, as their parent?
