Blending leftover produce

A blender is man and woman's best friend. When leaving town for a few days and you still have veggies left, blend them. Even broccoli, yes broccoli. Cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower - greens, leafy greens, brassicas, all of our very very healthy favorites can be blended into a dip or sauce that can be made to taste good. Add pepper, peppers, some still-good salad dressing, anything to make it taste good enough to keep it out of landfills. I started composting inside my home but now I'm realizing that my best composter is about 5 inches below my chin. Here in DC we are re-using our waste (safely), it just needs much wider distribution.

Anyway, that was just today's weird, random thought.

@StuartJ, what brand of gluten-free flour did she use?

Congrats! Can you share the recipe? We just picked up a bread maker from an estate sale and are experimenting.
