Yes Mayo is gluten free and dairy free. My husband liked the Hellmans but Kraft is also gluten-free/cf. He is now doing a gluten-free/cf/sf diet so we had to ditch the regular Hellmans but today I found that Hellmans has a Canola Mayo (no soy) :D . The lays stax are gluten free but only the plain is gluten-free/cf but again its not soy free. I thought it was going to really hard to eliminate the casein along with gluten but there are still alot of food choices and now even after having to eliminate the soy in addition I'm finding plenty of food choices for him. I just read alot of labels in the store. There are list on this forum that give the names of mainstream companies that will clearly list all common food allergens in the ingredients. These list are very helpful. I don't know how to send them to you or I would but they are on here.

Good Luck.

Vegenaise is I believe the best. It has a gold thing on it, as being best tasting by somebody! It is dairy and gluten free.

As with anything, read the label. Most mayonaisses are gluten and dairy free, but I've seen one or two with dairy. There's no way you can generalize to an entire type of food that can be produced with a variety of ingredients.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
