Help! I am reading these message boards about salon products and cosmetics, do I really have to worry about all that as well. I understand lipstick because of licking your lips but hair color/products and make-up is that an issue to? Also what the dentist uses is that a problem, I have veneers on should I be worried about those? I manage a Salon and activly work as a nail tech do I have to worry about my job?

Shampoos can run in your mouth as well as facial products. I don't know anything about nail stuff, as I can't tolerate the smells. I would play it safe and wash hands well after using any product.

Your veneers that are already on will not cause a problem but you want to have them check everything they use. Make sure they really check, I thought mine did but it turned out to be too much trouble for the tech so they just wrote celiac in my chart and poisoned me with every visit. My new doctor is great and checked everything. And yes haircolor and makeup, anything can be an issue if it contains gluten.

Yes, if you are convinced gluten is causing you problems then it would seem to come down to NCGS but you may also have other intolerances.

There are huge categories of gluten-free foods, are there any particular types of foods that you are trying to find?

Ended up demanding HLA and I’m negative for both. So assuming this is NCGs now? PCP seems unsure and GI is referring to genetics which I don’t get.  about to lose my mind

suggest me best gluten free food thank you

You are definitely not alone aftertastes and denser interiors are really common with gluten-free baking. Oat and tigernut flours are great choices, and tweaks like extra egg or adjusting hydration are exactly the kind of trial and error that usually leads to better texture over time.
