Dang Wheat Is In So Many Things...

Just grabbed a snack out of the machine here at work. I'm doing something good for myself right.

Don't want to have the runs later, so I selected Baked Doritos CORN chips. AFTER I ate them I noticed

wheat flour is one of the ingredients, way down the list and the chips are probably just dabbed in them to keep from sticking together. BUT it points how pervasive wheat is in our diet. I guess I just learned to read the ingredients before I eat it B)

I wanted to wait another day before making myself sick again, to even more confirm my suspicion about

celiac disease.

Go for cool original flavour or just plain dippa doritos chips - they're ok. :)

I hear your pain, it is everywhere!

I have found only one brand of soy sauce that it isn't in.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
