We Found Whole Foods Market!

We have been here in texas now for 2 weeks. We have been having a hard time finding some good food for Tim. I finally found a whole foods market down town. I am SO happy. We went yesterday and spent SO much! But he needs it. We even found the pretzels by ener-g that he loves so much. That is great news for a 20 month old!

My hubby is being tested this week for celiac. Preliminary tests are pointing toward positive. We shall see!

I don't know where in TX you live but there is a gluten-free bakery in Dallas called Delicious-N-Fit a Gluten Free Bakery and here Their website with more gluten-free bakerys also Open Original Shared Link . I live in OK and would love to go and see it. It is about a 3 hr drive and with the gas prices I think it would cost a arm and leg to get there. Please tell me if you go so I can drool . I heard that it is real good stuff there. I lived in TX most of my life and know dallas very well and houston too. hope you like TX.

Wow, I can imagine how joyful you were. We live in AZ, but just came home from Celiac camp in TX this summer. The camp was called "The great gluten escape" It was paradise, my son and I loved it and will be back next year. It is supported in part by the Dallas R.O.C.K. group. There was a bunch of wonderful ladies there that live in that area and have a support group and a great website that might help you. It is Open Original Shared Link
