Dentist In Atlanta, Ga

Isonic - THANK YOU! I am normally not online but I just had to see if anyone responded with any helpful info on what is happening to me at the dentist. I googled for a biodentist in my area and there is one lone soul less than 20 miles from me. I have e-mailed their office and will call them tomorrow. He was a 'regular' dentist until he did a study about mercury poisoning many years ago, since then he practices biodentistry. I had read about this before but I sort of thought it was too 'out there' as each dentist I asked over the years to take out my silver fillings always said there is no reason until they fail. Until I was dx'd with Celiac I never knew that many doctors (of all kinds) in the US are not really practicing medicine but handing out rx's left and right, never trying to help find out what the real problem is for their patients. Therefore, I never thought to question what they told me - ever. Now I question pretty much everything they say.

So from the bottom of my heart I say thank you. Last year I had another silver filling removed and a crown put in. There were no complications. However, lately I've been having sensation on that tooth that I thought must be in my head of transferrence from the other tooth since the root canal was supposedly successful. I had not idea the metal on the bottom of the crown may be harming me. Hence this could explain the sensation I'm having now. In any case, at least I have a starting point to hopefully getting some real help now. I did read the studies about mercruy poisoning and I only wish I'd know this years ago. I've had 4 silver fillings in my mouth for over 30 years. Thanks again!

No problem - glad to help. I'm happy if only one person can be saved the misery I experienced over years being progressively poisoned, while doctors and dentists told me I needed hypnotherapy and anti-depressants (a sure indication that not only were they unresponsive to my descriptions of symptoms but they couldn't help me).

Take care and all the best.

Well my root canal is finally complete. It required a permanent metal rod which I've never heard of but they assure me it's normal. I meet the holistic dentist later this week so we'll see what he thinks. Then one of the two will do my crown. I bought myself a month to figure out who I want to do it.

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
