Gluten In No Xplode

Does anyone know if NO xplode is Gluten-Free? I haven't contacted the company yet, but the only thing I saw on the ingredients that I noticed was the maltodextrin.

Many of my friends swear by this stuff to give you a big energy boost before lifting. I think it has alot to do with all the B -vitamins.

If it's no good, any other suggestions?

Hi Josh,

As far as I know, it is gluten-free. I have taken Nitric oxide before with no problems (and I am extremely sensitive to gluten). However, I didn't really look into whether the company produces other gluten containing ingredients (possibility of cross-contamination). Might want to look into that if you are considering making it a regular supplement. There are a lot of companies out there, so you will likely have your pick.

Other than that, NO gives a great pump.

I emailed BSN the other day. Here was there response:

"At this time we do not have any gluten free claims however the allergen would be required to be listed on the allergen statement. Our facility is NSF certified and we follow all Major allergen clean requirements. Any potential cross contamination would come from the air."

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.

      It's not uncommon to experience some bleeding with hemorrhoids but I doubt enough to materially effect your iron levels. About your constipation. Are you getting enough fiber in your diet? 25-30 grams per day is the adult recommendation. Eggs and chicken have zero fiber. One medium apple or one average banana will have about 3 g. of fiber. A serving...

      Someone said this could be due to my hemorrhoids. On March 17, 2024 my ferritin level was 23.

A serving of oatmeal will have 3-4 g. Just to give you an idea. It's harder than you think to get 25-30 g of fiber. You have to plan for it and work at it. Getting plenty of hydration is important as well.
