I had my endoscopy today and I wasn't expecting full results until the biopsy comes in next week. THey took several from different parts so to get the best results. What I want to know if these results are anything celiac related.

esophagitis without bleeding was found.

medium hiatus hernia was found.

bilious fluid was found in gastric body

The acid reflux he said is 10 times worse than it was in Nov 04 and I've been on medication for acid reflux.

I have been gluten free (96% with accidents) for 14 months now, and I can't function without my omeprizol/prilosec.

My biopsy indicated gastritis, large hiatal hernia, and bluting of the villi. I suspect the the hernia is the cause of the gastritis. I suppose that I should get it fixed, but I be chicken. :(

Now comes the part of waiting for the biopsy. Luckily it's a busy week so it will fly by.

I don't remember much but my mom and the doctor talked about what I could be intolertant to if this comes back negative.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
