New Puppy

We got a new puppy today. She is an English Setter we named Misty. We also have a llewellin setter named Bree. She is 6 years old and not so excited about the puppy.

We got a new puppy today. She is an English Setter we named Misty. We also have a llewellin setter named Bree. She is 6 years old and not so excited about the puppy.

Wow, a new puppy is always exciting! And Bree will learn to love it, although you will want to supervise them for awhile. I've found that bringing in a new puppy when the first dog is getting older will give them new life, fun and excercise Take care though, it is more difficult keeping two dogs safely at home than one, unless you have a good fence. And even then, a puppy will be more adventurous in trying to dig out.

I've got such a weakness for small animals. It was a nightmare having to leave my cats and my ferrets with my mother when I left home. Well done to you for taking on such a demanding commitment!
