Looking For A gluten-free, Corn Free Wrap Recipe

I've been experimenting with flours trying to find a way to make gluten-free wraps. I can't have corn, so that's out as an option. I can handle small amounts of corn starch or corn syrup or the like, but corn tortillas, chips, popcorn now go straight through me. I wound up last weekend using a mixture of potato, tapioca, rice and garfava flour and adding an egg to hold it together, but the taste is a little too savory. I hesitate to use more rice flour because I'm not found of the texture. So rather than continue possibly trying to invent the wheel which could take weeks if not months, I'm wondering if someone else out there has something that works.

So anyone have any recipes or suggestions?

I'm sure you can get satisfactory results. Though I've just begun experimenting with gluten-free flours, my guess would be to start with sweet white rice flour.

      Thiamine interacts with all the other B vitamins.  Thiamine and B 6 make a very important enzyme together. With more thiamine and other vitamins available from the supplements your body is absorbing the ones you need more of.  The body can control which vitamins to absorb or not.  You're absorbing more and it's being transported through the blood.   It's common to have both a Thiamine and a Pyridoxine deficiency.  Keep taking the B Complex. This is why it's best to stop taking supplements for six to eight weeks before testing vitamin levels.

      Yes I took a supplement that had B6 in it, low dosage though. I've stopped taking that. B1 doesn't affect other B vitamin levels?
