good to know. how do you deal w/ the smell though? I can't stand it! My husband hates it too. I only use it when I am going crazy itching and flaking. <_<

Dear Sweetfudge:

I don't know. Haven't used it yet, but it is for my daughter and her dandruff is really bad.. It was so bad that we were using Neutrogena T/Gel, until I could not get a straight answer out of them. Aparently, alot of people have had similar problems with getting answers also. Also, it looked like "cradle cap". That is how bad it sometimes is.

I am making an appointment for her at the dermatologist to make sure its not some form of DF. Also for her acne..

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
