Hi everyone,

I got a query or two about my welfare, since I haven't posted in a while. I'm doing well.

Pretty much come to terms with what I can and shouldn't eat, and what happens when I do.

Life has pretty much returned to normal for me, I'm just more careful about what I eat. I do

cheat once in a while...I can usually eat a bit of gluten before the bad effects come. Being without an official diagnosis I guess makes it a bit easier to rationalize:)

And in truth, I've been spending a lot of time on my photography hobby and my flickr pages...you

can always catch me there...

I'll try to do a better job of stopping by...honest. j

Thanks:)

One of the things I've learned is I can sneak a bit of the Kung Pao Chicken with not much effect.

However the battered shrimp will batter me:)

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
