I know there is a support group that meets once a month at the Prespytarian Hospital in Dallas. I will try to find the link to it. I have never attended the meeting but will. I am in Hurst.

Hi Jesse,

I am from Texas, I live in Arlington about 30-45 minutes away depending on traffic. There is a group that meets in Richaland Hills area www.northtexasgig.com that I think is pretty close to you, check out there web site it gives a lot of information, and they send newsletter via email. February 5 is there next meeting I think that the first meeting is free and then it I don't know what it cost, but it should not cost too much. Hope I was able to help.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
