Okay, my two girls were just diagnosed Celiac. I know that there are lists out there, but I am getting a little overwhelmed and am looking for a quick answer. I am researching food ingredients, changing out utensils, making playdough, watching shamoos, lotions, etc....but make-up has me in a brain freeze! Any suggestions for a lipstick or good overnight cream that I can wear without worrying that I will harm my little ones??? Many, many thanks to you "pros" who are helping us so much!!!! - Julie

I wear Burts Bees lip shimmers; they're safe. Here's the playdoh we really like Open Original Shared Link.

I like the Afterglow product listed so prominently on the side here. Although a little spendy they are very nice. I have had trouble with Burt's Bees. Maybe its a particular herb in it? They sting my lips. Nice muted colors however.

Some of Burt's bees have vitimen E in them and that can be manufactured from wheat or gluten.

Here is a list of some of the products that I have found to be Gluten free. I hope they still are since manufacturers change ingredients sometimes.

Gluten Free Makeup/lipstick :

Trucco / all lip sticks

Wet and wild / all lipsticks are gluten-free

Burt's Bee's / all concealer and lip shimmers

No Miss / all products gluten free

Benefit / All lipsticks are gluten free

*Email inquires: bobbi brown lipsticks - some

Bare Essentials / all make up and lip sticks

ECCO BELLA / ALL lipsticks from Whole Foods

Cover Girl- Continuous Color lipstick, lip liners, marathon lipsticks

Cover Girl Face: all foundations, fresh complexion pressed powder, extremely gentle pressed powder, continuous color moisture enriched blush, all concealers, all eye shadows, all mascaras, thick n thin eye liner, soft radiance eye liner, extremely gentle soft liner, all nail slicks, *except nail treatments

Clearasil / ALL products are gluten free

I'm waiting for responses on this very question now-- I will post them as I get them. I wrote to over 30 companies yesterday and more today. I have asked some companies like Guerlain, pop beauty, benefit, Aveda, Lancome, Bourjois, Chanel... let's see what they say. I also wrote to companies that do face creams and lotions, as well as shampoos and styling products-- Johnathan, L'Occitaine, Juara, Sundari, etc. I also asked Sephora and Skinstore for lists of products lines that are gluten-free.

"Conclusions: The urinary iodine level was significantly lower in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis, and iodine replacement may be important in preventing osteoporosis"  Body iodine status in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis Low iodine can cause thyroid problems, but Iodine deficiency will not show up in thyroid tests.  Iodine is important for healing, its job is to kill off defective and aging cells (Apoptosis). Skin, brain fog, nails, muscle tone all inproved when I started taking 600 mcg (RDA 150 - 1000 mcg) of Liquid Iodine drops. Some with dermatitis herpetiformis, Iodine exacerbates the rash.  I started at 1 drop (50 mcg) and worked up to 12 drops, but I don't have dermatitis herpetiformis.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and I found myself giggling with happiness as I read how your body reached such spring! And I hope that your current journey is also successful!! Definitely starting the food diary! So many amazing advices. And it’s very scary. It really hits all our soft spots as well as our confidence system. Most doctors I went thought I was underage despite being in my late 20s. Right now I look like am I twelve, but is also this body that’s taking so much, so I might as well love it too! Going to make the necessary changes and stay in this path. Thank you again! 🫶

Thank you so much for the information and kind message! Reading this transformed how I’ve been viewing my efforts and progress. Guess there’s still a lot to celebrate and also heal 😌  Yes, I’ve been taking it! Just recently started taking a multivitamin supplement and separated vitamin D! I also took chewable Iron polymaltose for ferritin deficiency 2 months ago but was unable to absorb any of it.  Thank you again! Hearing such gentle words from the community makes my body and heart more patient and excited for the future.
