I thought someone would have started the topic already, so I guess I will. I live in Indianapolis and I felt the sofa shake and could hear the pictures rattling against the wall. Strange thing----when I stood up many minutes later, I was dizzy. Still am a little bit. But that has to be coincidental. I haven't had a dizzy episode in a long time. So who else felt it? For those who haven't heard, it was at about 5:39 this morning and was centered in southern Illinois)

ME!!! ME!!! ME!!!! . . . :lol::lol::lol: but I'm in the Indy area, too. Woke up EVERYONE in the house. The kids have slept through the alarm system going off (LOUD,LOUD,LOUD) but they didn't sleep through this!!!

My first earthquake ever.

:P My 22 yr old daughter slept through the whole thing! ( but of course, she is medicated for restless leg and narcolepsy :rolleyes: ) And just some more info---it was a 5.4 on the richter scale.

I didn't feel it, but it was on our local news this morning (I'm in Kansas). I guess someone had called into the local news station asking about it . I guess it was felt as far away as Michigan..........wow!! I can't imagine what you guys were feeling who were close to it!!

I felt it in Cincinnati. It woke me up from a sound sleep. Things were rattling .... it was the noise that woke me up and I had earplugs on. Once I was awake I felt the shaking. Our birds were apparently going crazy, the kids said.

I lived in CA for a couple years, so I knew what it was right away.

I felt it! I was at work...in Chicago. I thought I was crazy...then about an hour later it was on the internet and I realized what it was!

      Thank you so much for sharing your experience and I found myself giggling with happiness as I read how your body reached such spring! And I hope that your current journey is also successful!! Definitely starting the food diary! So many amazing advices. And it’s very scary. It really hits all our soft spots as well as our confidence system. Most doctors I went thought I was underage despite being in my late 20s. Right now I look like am I twelve, but is also this body that’s taking so much, so I might as well love it too! Going to make the necessary changes and stay in this path. Thank you again! 🫶

      Thank you so much for the information and kind message! Reading this transformed how I’ve been viewing my efforts and progress. Guess there’s still a lot to celebrate and also heal 😌  Yes, I’ve been taking it! Just recently started taking a multivitamin supplement and separated vitamin D! I also took chewable Iron polymaltose for ferritin deficiency 2 months ago but was unable to absorb any of it.  Thank you again! Hearing such gentle words from the community makes my body and heart more patient and excited for the future.

      I had no idea there is a "Louisville" in Colorado!😉 I thought it was a typo because I always think of the Kentucky city--but good luck!
