Iso Crunchy Cracker Recipe

I'd love to find a recipe for crispy, crunchy crackers kind of like those gluten-free brown rice snaps or "Mary's Gone Crackers." Buying these things at $4 or $5 per box is getting expensive (not to mention the plastic part of the packaging that cannot be recycled in my area), but flours and whole grains are fairly cheap.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Did anybody ever try this? I am and if I "hit" it I will let you know.

Here's what I have so far:

soak the flax seed for 2 hours

cook the quinoa

toast the sesame seeds

cook the short grain brown rice

Mix ground flax with cooked brown rice in food processor

Add flax, seeds, & quinoa

Spread flat on baking mat and cook at 375 for 10 or so minutes

Oh ya, don't forget tamari sauce, 1 tablespoon to a cup of brown rice

I just cooked it in the brown rice. I baked the rice, BTW.

I almost got it, any suggestions?
