I have a couple of DH blisters on the inside of my lip and they are driving me nut! Does anyone know of a natural remedy or something that can help?

Thanks!

Avoid iodized salt. It always gives me canker sores in my mouth if I eat too much. Other than that, I don't know!

Thanks. I am very allergic to iodine so I try to avoid it as much as possible. I will prob. do a Himalayan sea salt mouth rinse and a bentoninte clay mouth rinse.

This is all from cross contamination from a pot luck party (my most unfavorite word to hear!) :(

I was just hoping for some magical way to get rid of these (sigh)

I actually have had someone suggest a natural remedy and wanted to post it here in case it could help someone else.

It's called oil pulling.

I have been trying it and it has worked great :)

Here's the info

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

Thank you for the links to the articles.  Interesting reading. I'll be telling my brother in law because he has a lot of pain
