This PEP sounds promising, perhaps too good to be true? Well I hope not.

Google turns up little else on this topic and it does not appear to be available for purchase anywhere. Please let me know how it might be gettable if it is, or if anyone thinks it's mularkey I also appreciate that input.

Hmmmm

That article is from 2006.

I can't find anything newer either, except a 2007 article referencing the 2006 research.

Stanford U was(/is?) working on it some - perhaps looking into some human trials, but who knows when there's nothing to be found.

Celiac 1st diagnosed as a toddler, in the 60s. Docs then, between bloodletting & leech-tending, said "he'll grow out of it" & I was back on gluten & mostly fine for 30yrs.

Gluten-free since 12-03

Dairy-free since 10-04

Soy-free since 5-07

Yeah it's disappointing there seems to be nothing new on it since 2006. I'll try to search some medical journals and see if anything pops up.

I expect the Dutch to come through on this one, as it was a Dutchman who first connected the disease to wheat flour in the diet.
