My daughter loves hummus with baby carrots, gluten-free crackers or breadsticks. Popcorn. I usually make it in a pan with coconut oil, but there are a couple of microveable ones with no oil that are dairy free. Bearitos is one and so is Garden of Eatin. Enjoy Life cookies and bars. Fruiit Rollups. Hard boiled eggs. She used to eat those before we learned of the egg allergy! Celery stuffed with nut butter. Single serve packs of almond butter. She cuts them open and sucks the almond butter out. Mini hotdogs. I can't remember the brand. They're a new item here. Rice chips, plain potato chips, Fritos, plain corn chips. Nacho Chreese or bean dip. Apple slices. Snapea Crisps. Just Tomato products. Not the tomatoes per se for snacks, but she likes the apples, strawberries, blueberries, pomegranite and peas.

      Thanks for your input.

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
