Atkins Endulge

I've noticed the Atkins Endulge bars. There are different kinds and I'm wondering if some of them are actually gluten free. The Peanut Caramel Cluster Bar appears to be gluten free but it does list artifical flavors. It would be nice to have more of a selection in the bar type snack/quick treat area.

I am wondering the same thing. My husband brought home some last night and asked me to look at the ingredients to see if they were safe for me to eat. The peanut butter cups said they were made in a facility that processes wheat so decided not to eat that one. The other did not say but it did list artificial flavors which made me wary. If anyone has some information let me know

If you call the phone number on the bars they will tell you which ones are gluten free. There were a couple I used to eat that were safe at that time but don't know if they still are.

This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):

Wheat flour is fortified with vitamins in the U.S. as a part of USDA policy. Gluten free facsimile products are not fortified. There is no government mandate for such. When you remove wheat flour by going gluten free, you may be removing a significant source of vitamins.
