I just got a whole bunch of pasta, mostly spag. but some shells so I need some ideas on what to do with all of it. Other then regular spag. I would love more sauce ideas they need to be DF. Does anybody know how to do an alfrado sauce that is DF. I know there are wonderful cooks on this site so I am looking forward to some woderful ideas. Thanks everyone.

Here is one but I haven't tried it:

You could try spaghetti this way:

I don't have recipes for these but here's the general idea. You can saute' cubes butternut squash in olive oil 'till browned, add some garlic, sage(fresh or dried leaves are preferable to the powder), salt and pepper. Add some chicken broth, cover and cook a few more min. 'till squash is tender. Add your cooked, aldente pasta to the pan. Cook and stir a short time. Done. Same thing with broccoli, garlic and red pepper flakes. Add some chicken or pepperoni too. Chopped, toasted pine nuts on top?

Hmm, dairy-free and pasta can be a bit of a challenge. Here are a few ideas off the top of my head:

Puttanesca pasta:

Here is one recipe: Open Original Shared Link

Another really good one can be found in The America's Test Kitchen Family Cookbook (love this recipe book...just have to be willing to convert some things)

Another idea is chicken cooked with some honey-mustard sauce and then tossed with the spaghetti noodles for a quick and easy meal.

You could use the shells or spaghetti to make a lemon/garlic shrimp or chicken pasta, just use olive oil instead of butter. Normally, I use a penne pasta for this, but there is no reason others can't be used instead.

You could also try a vinagrette-marinated chicken or steak tossed with the spaghetti pasta.

I'll keep thinking and let you know if anything else pops into my head.

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
