I have been gluten free for a little over a year. I am just starting to date again and have a very random question. If you are on a date with someone who eats gluten, while on the date, and you kiss them afterwards, can you get glutened? If so, what do you do? Again I know this may be a random question, but I have been wondering.

Thanks

Yolo would tell you that you make them brush their teeth before you kiss them!

It's funny because I just read it a few days ago. It talks about kissing, etc. etc. when you have a food allergy and your date does not.

Very interesting!

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
