I recently bought some gluten free cookies

and let me tell you, I almost cried with joy over how wonderfully moist and flavorful it was!

It was the first truly satisfying bakery item I have had since going gluten free.

Anyway, they ship, and seem like a good company! They are ALL Vegan cookies, and they have three gluten free flavors.

I'm going to try all three gluten free flavors real soon!

Those do look good. And there are five flavors now! I might have to try them pretty soon:) thanks for sharing!

I think these are some of the best gluten-free cookies I have had. The ginger molasses and chocolate chip are both delicious, and I'm not even much of a chocolate chip fan.

I've never had these but I'm sure they're good. Although you've got to try WOW cookies, from Washington. You can't even tell they're gluten-free according to my non-gluten-free fiance.

      Thoughts? Non-endoscopic Celiac diagnosis in two year old

      Okay that is really good to know. So with that being positive and the other being high it makes sense she diagnosed her even without the endoscopy. So glad we caught it early. She had so many symptoms though that to me it was clear something was wrong. yeah I think we had better test us and the other kids as well.

      @GlorietaKaro, your respiratory reactions to gluten make me wonder if there might also be an allergic (anaphylaxis) component at work here.

In the meantime, I will carry on has I have been— it’s working! Thanks also for the validation— sometimes I just feel crushed by disbelief. Not enough to make me eat gluten though—
