What Can I Eat On Holiday In Usa?

Can anyone tell me where I can find a list of gluten free sweets/ food available in the USA. I am going on holiday in a week and, last time I visited, food thats ok in the UK had different ingredients in the USA which made buying a bar of chocolate a nightmare task. I would also be greatfull if anyone could recommend any good places to eat out in Florida (Orlando area).

For restaurants the Outback has a gluten free menu upon request.

On the McDonalds site they have gluten free products on there too.

These food brands will list wheat,rye, barley,oats right on the label or they will be safe.

Sorry, I'm back again ...not much on here in terms of Orlando that doesn't include Disney World. A lot of chains in the US have gluten-free menus, though, such as:

McDonalds

Wendys

Outback Steakhouse

TGIF

PF Changs

...if you go to the "dining out" section or maybe "travel" you'd find information (menus) for all of these.
