Does Any Of This Contain Gluten?

Hi, it's a salad dressing and long story short, I've waited 10 days to get the phone number to check with the manufacturer and still don't know.

Soybean oil, water, pasteurized cultured milk, corn vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, eggs, corn syrup, vinegar, egg yolks, salt, garlic, anchovies, defatted soy flour, onion, citric acid, sodium banzoate, potassium sorbate, calcium disodium, xanthan gum, sodium inosinate, sodium guanylate, red pepper, caramel color.

What is the brand name? If it is Kraft it would be ok. If not, I would be concerned with "vinegar and caramel color". Those may contain hidden gluten if I remember correctly.

Since the label says corn vinegar I wouldn't be concerned about that but caramel color may or may not contain gluten.

What brand is it? It would be ok if it is a brand that will not hide anything(like Kraft)

Someone on here might know about it though if you post the brand :D

      This kind of question is always difficult to give a definitive answer to because of so many variables. One such variable is the sensitivity of the individual celiac to small amounts of gluten cross contamination. An amount that causes a reaction in one celiac many not in another, or at least not be discernable which, of course, does not exactly equate to being "safe".
