Lemongrass

G-Free in Annapolis

G-Free in Annapolis Newbie

My Husband and I live in downtown Annapolis. One of our favorite things about living here is the number of gluten-free-friendly restaurants within walking distance of our apartment. Lemongrass on West Street in Annapolis was great with my gluten free needs. I called ahead and the person on the phone knew what I needed right away. When I got there, the hostess and the waiter both knew what gluten was and told me to order anything on the menu and they could do it gluten free. I had spring rolls in rice paper, deep fried in oil free of gluten. Most of their dishes contained rice noodles and the sticky rice w/ mango for dessert was perfect.

The owners have 2 lemongrass sites downtown, one in Crofton (MD), and two other venues- Tsunami and The Latin Quarter. I am eager to visit these other restaurants and optimistic that they will offer a similar gluten free experience.

If you are looking for a place downtown to eat, Lemongrass gets 5 stars from this local girl.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
