Lighthouse Buttermike Ranch Dressing

So I use Litehouse Buttermik Ranch because it is gluten free, but every time I do I get sick. I do not have a problem w/eggs or milk in any other products so I do not think it is that. I am new to all this and trying to write down everything I am eating. I cannot figure out what is making me sick...right now it seems like the only thing I am finding that is a common denominator is the Litehouse. Has anyone else had problems with it?

Even though it says gluten free, Litehouse makes some products that DO contain gluten, including a Lite Ranch Dip Open Original Shared Link There might be CC issues. Or you might have developed a problem with one of the other ingredients in the dressing. Many of us pick up new food intolerances after going gluten free.

I go to my regular market and go to the regular salad dressings and go to Wishbone. Most of theirs are gluten-free and state so on the bottle, lots of different flavors. And it's CHEAP!

I can almost drink that stuff, and have been known to! :P

This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):

Wheat flour is fortified with vitamins in the U.S. as a part of USDA policy. Gluten free facsimile products are not fortified. There is no government mandate for such. When you remove wheat flour by going gluten free, you may be removing a significant source of vitamins.

Okay.  That doesn't answer the question, but thanks anyway.
