Duje Newbie

Hi my name is Duje 20 year old male from Croatia and im very glad that i found this site.

I have Coeliac disease since birth and i know how u all feel , hehe trust me. Along with disease i never gave up or didnt felt bad or frustated because i have it , since there a lot more worst things out there,,,

Main reason why i joined here is to tell u my litle secret, a key to my sucess in both mental and psyhical.

I got my unique nutrition program, haha unique i love to call it that since i made it.

Dont get me wrong , im maybe young , but belive me i spent so much time in tranning, tasting all kinds of foods, reading and searchin through net to find everything i need.

About 2,5 years ago i made my nutrition and traning program and i feel increadible ! Honestly i will write it to you people,,,

Btw im also lactose intolerant, but hey dont think that as handicap.

During my long study about coeliac disease i found two most important things :

First is that this so called disease is a bad joke, now people look this way , we can eat absolutely everything what is eessential and MUST have.

Second its all from your head !! Yes u need to learn how to control yourself and with right nutrition , traning and work u can live like king.

This is my nutrition program which changed my life.

(this is combined with tranning and work )

I get up early in the morning 6-7 AM

I take 1 royal jelly capsule 250 something 500 mg .Ropyal Jelly is a beast ! its energy blast combined with powerfull antioxidants. Its are cure aslo, a gods gift. Search google for more info.

TRUST ME NO MATTER HOW OLD UARE OR WHAT U DO. U WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER AFTER TAKING ONLY 1 CAPSULE OR LIQUID.

2.Follow his rules -

When u consume royal jelly dont ewat nothing for 20- 30 minutes.

7:30 AM Breakfast.

Golden rule - ALWAYS start day with lots of carbs - Body needs them since u are in starvation mode after u woke up. carbs carbs carbs

I always take gluten free Corn flakes or Muesli (i recomend Quinoa or Ammaranth flakes they are expensive but overall better and have more vitamins and minerals) with 250 -300 ml Alpro soya mlik.

- I dont consume alchocol at all, i dont somke or drink cofee.

-Dont eat sweets or cofee until 1 PM

-After that eat meat , beans , eggs.

Meat - make sure its lean and fat free -

Beans - any will do

Eggs - 3 enough

2 hours later 10 PM Eat 1 apple 1 banana and orange juice

Lunch - Green vegetables, vegetable soup , red or white beat prefer turkey or chicken breast.

Make sure u drink a lot of water, more wont kill u

Snack -Best and most expensive sweets are organic with can sugar and lots of fructose in it. I Alnature sweets from Drogeire market (DM) and cranberry muesli bars , perfect snack - Gluten free with balanced amout of prot/carb/fats, and what even better its low in satrurated fats.

Now if u train found a 2 very speical things for us

1. Only high quality protein shake gluten/lactose free Labrada nutrition HI-PRotein mlik shake 40g award wining taste - heck their site for more info.

2 Only protein powder Gluten/fat/lactose/sugar/carb free - ISO 100 100% ulta filtrated whey protein isolate

U really think u need all that recipes gluten free snacks , pasta ?

Wrong ! U just need bread ! I eat bread with flax seeds seseam and rice milk, its special recipe i can ask my mother

Golden advice - neveer eat too much carbs in afternoon or evening - carbs turn into fat mostly duing night time , End day with fats and slow release protein like cotage cheese or protein shake , if u cant that almonds are great , Toffu cheese also.

And dinner would be onl protein - any meat, cheese or proiten shake would do.

I follow this for a 2 years, and i feel phenomenal !

Keep in mind that i dont drink alchocol at all, non smoker, no coffe , no common sweets only organic and i drink belive it or not only WATER. hehe yea

Follow this routine or at least give it a try it will change your life , u will felt it belive my words.

Feel free to PM any tie

Best regards

P.S Sry for spelling

First, good regimen :)

Second, how many people do you know personally that have gluten sensitivity, intolerance or celiac disease? I'm just curious, because I'm almost half Serbian, and I'm always curious of ways to prove that heritage has something to do with celiac disease and similar disorders.

I've be very strictly gluten free and dairy free since I was diagnosed with celiac at age 14, but I was mostly wheat free since I was 8. And I'm 19 now :) and from the US

Yes, I, too, have osteoporosis from years of malabsorption, too.  Thiamine and magnesium are what keep the calcium in place in the bones.  If one is low in magnesium, boron, selenium, zinc, copper, and other trace minerals, ones bone heath can suffer.  We need more than just calcium and Vitamin D for strong bones.  Riboflavin B 2, Folate B 9 and Pyridoxine B 6 also contribute to bone formation and strength.   Have you had your thyroid checked?  The thyroid is important to bone health as well.  The thyroid uses lots of thiamine, so a poorly functioning thyroid will affect bone heath.

That sounds so very likely in my case! I will absolutely ask my doctor on my next bone check coming up in March... Thanks a lot!

Calcium levels as measured in the blood can be quite deceiving as the body will rob calcium from the bones to meet demands for it by other bodily functions. Also, supplementing with calcium can be counterproductive as it tends to raise gut pH and decrease absorption. More often than not, the problem is poor absorption to begin with rather than deficiency of intake amounts in the diet. Calcium needs an acidic environment to be absorbed. This is why so many people on PPIs develop osteoporosis. The PPIs raise gut pH. And some people have high gut PH for other reasons. Low pH equates to a more acidic environment whereas high pH equates to a more basic (less acidic) environment.

Kind thanks for all this valuable information! Since my Folate was/is low and also my Calcium, there IS a chance I am low in B vitamins... My doctor only measured the first two, oh and Zinc as I has twisted her arm and guess what, that was mega low too. So who knows, until I get myself tested properly, what else I am deficient in... I did a hair mineral test recently and it said to avoid All sources of Calcium. But this is confusing for me as my Ca is so low and I have osteoporosis because of this. It is my Adjusted Ca that is on the higher side and shouldn't be. So am not sure why the mineral test showed high Ca (well, it was medium in the test but relative to my lowish Magnesium, also via hair sample, it was high I was told). But anyway, thanks again for the VitB download, I will look into this most certainly!

Hello good afternoon, I was wondering if anyone has ever brought their anti-allergy pills? I have been wanting to use their Cetirizine HCI 10mg. They are called HealthA2Z and distributed by Allegiant Health.I’m also Asthmatic and these allergies are terrible for me but I also want to be sure they don’t have any sort of gluten compound.    I have tried calling them but to no avail. Has anyone ever used them? If so, did you had any problems or no problems at all?    thank you
