Well, here we go!

I just received my Biocard test from Canada in the mail!

Even if it is negative, will still do a few more tests.....

Can you tell me...

1. Does the endo. procedure HURT/or uncomfortable. What is your experience with

it. Is pill cam better?

2. I have been eating gluten for some time, however should I load WAY up

prior to the test?

Thx!!

1. No, the endoscopy doesn't hurt and it's not even uncomfortable. At worst, you'll be hungry from fasting from the night before. You'll be woozy from cold medications and won't feel or remember a thing. The pill cam won't help because the doctors need to take biopsies. Celiac can only be diagnosed under a microscope.

2. You don't need to load up if you've been on a normal, constant gluten diet.

Don't worry about the endoscopy. Personally, I'd rather have an endoscopy than go for my annual dental appointment.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
