I've been using the Namaste Pizza Crust mix for well over a year now without a problem... That is until Monday, when the mix ended up as soup... I purchased a case of 6 mixes as usual and tried 3 mixes.. Same results with all 3 mixes... I called the customer service number and left a message Monday Morning. I've left several messages without a single response... At this point I call it Buyer Beware...

Anyone else having an issue with Namaste products???

I only use their cookie mix, and I've not had any problems.

In Namaste defense, they returned our call after 3 business days @ 9 PM EST... They requested codes from the packages and promised to send a replacement case of product...

I've been using their pizza crust mix for more than a year w/ no problems at all. This last time, I made up the whole bag (rather than one crust at a time) and baked 5 smaller crusts... froze 4 and can't wait to try them!

Little update here... I got a package from Namaste today with just one bag of mix, not the case of 6 they promised... I'm willing to send (USA) a bag of the of mix from the case that I had an issue with to someone that's willing to try it...

Earlier this month Namaste came thru with a case of pizza crust mix... There seemed to be an issue with one batch of mix.. When the Gluten Free Dust settled, I ended up with a replacemet case of mix, plus one extra mix and a spice cake mix.. It's a GREAT product that's Dairy Free too....

This is really helpful  I had not considered sugar alcohols or inulin as triggers. Thanks for the practical baking tips too color coding and baking G F first makes a lot of sense. Thiamax (TTFD) plus a B-complex, and if you want benfotiamine, the Life Extension formula covers that at ~100 mg.

High fiber can definitely cause sudden GI distress especially if it’s a new addition but accidental gluten exposure can feel similar. Keeping a simple food/symptom log and introducing new gluten-free foods one at a time can really help you spot the pattern. Thanks for asking  I’m mainly looking for gluten-free staples and snacks. Any recommendations for brands or go-to items would be appreciated.

sorry a bit confused so I should take my B complex along with Objective Nutrients Thiamax for TTFD but what about a Benfotiamine to take. The Life extensions contains Benfotiamine and Thiamine together or im confusing myself. I am trying to see if I take Thiamax what should I take for Benfotiamine. Thanks EDITING after further research I see ones water soluble ones fat soluble. So I guess 100MG as you suggested of Life Extension contains Benfotiamine and Thiamine Hydrochloride. and the Objective Nutrients Thiamax contains TTFD.     would work for me.

I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.
