My husband, who has Celiac, is thinking about taking this supplement before exercising. I was wondering if anyone has tried this, and if there are any issues we should be aware of. It contains Glutamine, which seems to be a bit contraversial by itself. Thanks!

That actually should be fine. Many of us here have benefitted from Glutamine. The only word of advise I have about supplementing is to not take supplements with certian prescribed meds. I am on a thyroid med and doc told me to allow 4-6 hours before taking the supplements as there binders in the supplements that could attach to the prescribed meds and make the meds less effective.

Scott, thank you SO MUCH for this!! She has been through so much in the last three years as we've tried to track down answers. This language will definitely help me help her to reframe.

Thanks Scott. They are gluten-free but cross contaminated.
