Rosemary Extract And Natural Rosemary Flavor

My son has recently been diagnosed with Celiac. I found Harvestland turkey burger at BJ's. Natural Rosemary flavor is listed as an ingredient. There is another label on the package that says "Rosemary extract". Is natural Rosemary flavor the same as Rosemary extract? Are they gluten-free?

Don't know for sure if they re the same but they certainly should be gluten-free. Rosemary is not an unusual flavor additive in poultry but it's not always listed as rosemary.

      The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

      I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

      Yarrow Pom works really well with the skin issues I found out.I had to stop so my doterra because dealing with medical celiac circus. I had shingles in Feb 2023. Prayers for healing

      More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
