Laundry Detergents

There is a great company called Method who's products are all-natural, and biodegradable. I love all of their products and use most of them in my home. When I decided to go gluten free I emailed them to find out if their stuff was ok. I got the nicest response ever from them and was assured that they don't use gluten in ANY of their products.

They make laundry detergent, fabric softner, household cleaning products, hand soap, dishwasher cubes, dishwashing liquid - and I could go on with this list. I just can't say enough about how well they work and how wonderful they are.

Hubby and I are also both sensitive to detergents and we have both been fine with theirs.

I buy their stuff from Target but have seen it at Walmart and Price Chopper. I am sure there are other stores and you can buy directly from thier website.

Oh - and just one last thing - no, I do not work for them nor am I affiliated with them in any way. Just an overly excited consumer.

I was wondering why I was breaking out. Specially my neck and my side of face. I'm going to try Purex and see what happens

I've read that all Mrs. Meyers laundry products are gluten free. I just started using the laundry detergent. I've got to get a new fabric softener & may try it. I have to have something with a scent.

I have not made my own juices but have made my own granola copycat recipe from Trader Joes Turmeric ginger granola. Have you made your own juices? blending vs cold pressed what is better?

Sadly, I just now see the extremely tiny and hard to read wording on the label from some I got from nuts.com last year and it's below the certified gluten free sign which is more obvious. Another concern is that there's no expiration date to be found on any of the packages I have gotten.. It's confusing because they claim these are certified gluten free which Is why I got them due to having celiac. Looks like Tierra Farm has the lesser of the allergens, specifically wheat, so I will have to give them a try. Thanks

After many years of running Celiac.com, one thing I've noticed is that I rarely hear about support groups that organize gluten-free picnics. It seem like this would be a great way to get celiacs together. I've attended various conferences, meetings, and events over the years, but strangely, no gluten-free picnics.
