Vitamin B12..i Find My Labs Rather Odd

wasn't sure where to put this. I will be getting new b12 results this week..but for now the first time I had my b12 tested it was 338 did not eat gluten free when this was taken.

another test it had dropped to 302(this is when I was eating 100%gluten free) last test 274 eating a little gluten for celiac testing.

question is why would b12 decrease when I was eating gluten free? I took supplements off and on for maybe 2 weeks after the second test and haven't taken any for the other tests.

tests showed normal MMA and normal Homocysteine, negative for the intrinsic factor for pernicious anemia.

probably should have waited til I get my next b12 results but just curious if anyone has any thoughts?
