On a whole food diet....

What about natural peanut butter(only two ingreds. on label).

What kind of cooking oil is best.

I'd call natural peanut butter whole food - what's the second ingredient?

We use Olive Oil, Safflower Oil and Coconut Oil.

I like Sesame Oil but had a reaction to it so had to stop using.

Admitting some won't agree, I'd call 2-ingred peanut butter whole enough, though I usually go w/ almond butter.

For cooking oil, expeller-pressed is better than the alternative heat-extracted oils. Hmmm not recalling the reasons. Avoiding more common possibly-GMO oils, I go w/ safflower, sunflower, coconut a couple times, & there are others I haven't yet tried but would trust if expeller-pressed.

What kind of sucks is that most of them I have to get at Whole Foods. TJoe's & regular groc stores here don't carry them.

      I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.

      Trader Joe's carries a good variety of affordable gluten-free foods like bagels, hamburger buns, pasta, etc. I like Franz Gluten Free bread, which is available at my local Costco. Food For Life and Little Northern Bakehouse (advertisers here) also make excellent gluten-free breads. Costco also sells gluten-free pizzas, crackers, gravy, etc.
