You'll see a blitz of posts for a while as I get all our old posts transfered over here! We randomly post about what we're eating, the garden, and whatever else might come to mind. Because our family is on the GAPS diet and is 100% gluten-free, that's a bias! We decided to start The Liberated Kitchen because we know first-hand how challenging it can be to make dietary changes for health reasons. The right system and the support of a knowledgeable, caring friend can make all the difference.

We collaborate with you through in-home consultations, and create a Personal Liberation Guide that will help you reach your goals. Depending on your needs, the services the Personal Liberation Guide may include shopping help, menu-plans, home organization and decluttering services. Additionally, we may design, install, and maintain a healing or kitchen garden.
