  1. I have read somethings in the past where food colorings will make people feel like they have the ADA syptoms, and once eliminated people could think straight, not so argumentive, moody, sensitive to certain people and thier comments, and so much more.
  2. My naturalpathic doctor suggested me to take IntorMax which is organic and glutten free. I get it from her so I am not sure where else to get it from. But I think it does wonders. When I first went to her I was so low on several nutrient and enziyms (sp?) that is what she wanted me on if it was ok with me. At my 4 month check all my vitamins and what not...
  3. I am new to the celica thing but did give up coffee and all sodas even the caffine free ones before I knew about celiac. Didn't notice anything at first but always in the back of my mind wondered if it was good for me. So anyway I did give both of those up in March and still had a very hard time with sleep and comfort things as far as feeling relaxed and...
  4. I would like to know what the Almond Chocolate Breeze drink is and where do you get it? Is it like a hot chocolate?
  5. I cant figure out if this is gluten free or not. Does someone know? Thanks
  6. It is not listed as wheat on the label, but I was thinking maybe I am sensitive to soy. Thanks everyone, maybe I will call the company just to see what they say.
  7. Is La Choy Soy Sauce gluten free? I used it 2 days in a row and am sick just wondering if someone knows for sure.
  8. I live in a farm land area, and also work at a grain elevator. I have just been Dx'd 5 weeks ago. I am worndering if I am getting glutened from work with the grains and feeds. There is so much dust in the air here you could dust morning and afternoon if you wanted it to look nice. I have felt better on the gluten free diet but this still makes me wonder...
  9. I am new to the celiac thing myself. Just five weeks. Last week I had my first visit with a naturalpathic doctor. I have always believe in them more than doctor anyway. But this visit was even different than what I have ever experience before. I sat in a chair with a rope or cord around each wrist and each ankel and a head band this then went into her...
  10. I have Restless leg syndrome and it can be a bit different for different people. But mine is where I can't sleep at night because it feels as if you got to keep moving. I was to a specialist and she said the this could get better if I raised my iron number, I am anemic. I was low and she said for me to get that number to the higher level of the normal...

    ARCHIVED I Hate Kaiser!

I had the same go round from doctors, so I went gluten free and feel much better. So I just tell people that I have Celica so they treat me as if I do. Instead of saying it's in my head kind of thing. I know it is very frustrating. Hang in there! I have only been gluten free myself for 3 weeks and feeling better everyday, I will not go back to eating...
  12. The other thing that come to mind because I have been hospitalized for it is dehydration. If your body reacts to dehydration the way mine does it will feel tight in the chest like heartburn. I would done about 3 large glasses of water an see if that make a difference. Now I just know to do my daily water intake and I try to do it all before noon so I don...
  13. I think the true test here would to be totally gluten free and maybe dairy too. I have been sick for over 15 years and just got really bad again the last7 months. Someone suggested for me to read up on Celiac and I did. Wow! I then had the blood work done all neg. but started the diet the same day and boy my life is changing for the better everyday. ...
  14. Has she been diagonosed Celiac? And if so why would they tell you to put her back on wheat? I am new here and this is just confusing me. Sorry
  15. I thought that root beer of any kind had barley in it. I am not a soda or caffine drinker as I had quit that about a month prior to the gluten free diet and I am not willing to go back on it.
