So far I have tried to bake Snickerdoodles twice. They have been really flat. The second time I added just a little more xanthum gum, but that didnt seem to work. Anyone have a good recipe for these. The only thing that I really miss is cookies. I never was a really big bread eater.

Thank you for this thread. I have been thinking about Thanksgiving. I was really going to miss the stuffing. Can I make regular stuffing without adding cornbread? Also I would like to try that Kinnickinnick pizza. Is that a mix or frozen? I really miss my Greek Pizza and was thinking that I could replicate it. Pat

I was shopping in a store that has lots of gluten free stuff(in Annapolis, Md.) and a friend pointed a book out to me called The Essential Glutem-Free Restaurant Guide(triumph dining). Its great. I ordered it from Amazon at a discount. Also I recently wanted to go to The Cheesecake Factory with a friend for lunch and called the day before at 4:00 in the afternoon...
