  1. ok thanks. I keep hearing that , that corn is a gluten mimicker. I just ate some and I am doing ok. There is a bit or corn in those meals (EVOL-Fired steak one), and they are pretty good. SO far for me only allergens is , pinto beans, caffeine , alchohol, wheat/gluten. I have given caffeine and alcohol up since 2012. lt always made me very hypoglycemic...
  2. Yea, the dumb stores keep having the gluten-free bread with that cinnamon looking bread that I keep thinking gluten -free too but it is not. They should NOT be putting refrigerated gluten free bread with the refrigerated non gluten free bread but they do and pizzas too. The Freshetta gluten-free pizza is double the cost of the wheat pizza but it is good...
  3. Thanks!! OMG I have a PINTO bean intolerance. I did research and I think it is from the FERMENTING carbs. Garlic has a lot too. And if I eat garlic sometimes I get horrid type of cramps/pain in my stomach but very different than celiac pain. I hope I can tolerate black eyed peas. (the ones you cook yourself (dry)). Do you think I can? I ate some canned...
  4. Will u clarify that please. Give me an example. ok thanks. I get it. Well I believe that whole bag was probably 100 PPM. Maybe 500. I am just guessing. Wal mart does NOT certify their products as gluten free there fore, because of that experience I will NEVER buy food s again that says gluten free half hazardly.
  5. I'm sorry honey you had to go through that. I guess with me the more gluten I injest, the more hardcore symptoms. I got glutened last Friday and am still feeling very low blood sugar-ish. I have a PIT issue too. But was well enough that I still felt like going to bookstore on Saturday. I injested very little. I hope I don't ever injest a lot. I was...
  6. Yeah I know what you mean. Just bananas, beef, cheese, advocados, almonds, blueberries, and Amys meals. Am I the only one with low blood sugar problems due to non diabetes and of course when I get GLUTENED makes it a million times worse? I heard some diabetics on here and celiacs. I guess it made their blood sugar go low. But with me my numbers DONT go...
  7. Hello I experienced this too when my body first told me NO MORE GLUTEN on Sept 6th, 2019. (but I did not figure it out yet) It still took me 2 months to figure it out = (Nov 17, '19 why I vomited on Sept 6) . My test was positive for celiacs in 2017. Although she did not say celiacs. And I did NOT believe my N.D. doc. She said u "borderline...
  8. Wow. Thanks for that information. I agree when you eat something you have to pay attention to your pains and reactions . I took a $75.00 550 food intolerance test done from Amazon. (hair analysis). Guess what it said I was intolerant to everything except coconut, almonds, and beef basically. But in a way it was right . It was picking up on my pituitary...
  9. Yes upon waken up in the morning it would be bad for like 1 hour.
  10. Like, my nose can smell chemicals and taste chemicals and yes you cannot trust labeling. The companies are putting chemicals in the food and NOT listing them. Under the word "spices" they can put any chemical. You cannot trust the FDA. It goes DEEP in the rabbit hole. All of Wal Mart products I can taste and smell the BLEACH smelling horrid preservative...
  11. thanks so much. I want to know if I have any damage. I heard you can still have damage even for ppl who are NOT having symptoms, and who have celiacs.
  12. Omg thanks so much. I had eaten these chips before with no problem. Funny thing is all bags I had bought at the N'hood Market store (walmart) that I got glutened on. The same chips at the Wal mart Supercenter I never got glutened on. That may be irrelevant. I believe some how many batches got contaminated. And maybe there are more than one factory...
  13. Please is there any GLUTEN FREE products I need to stay away from? SO far I eat AMYs meals and some Saffron Road India meals, and do fine. Anybody have a problem with those? I eat Udis sometimes and do fine, and with the Aldis cookies and brownies I do fine. SO is it very important to ONLY eat certified gluten free as opposed to items saying...
  14. I heard it could be xantham gum. Also my mom ate some gluten free tortillas once and she said she got kinda sick. I don't know what brand. And another brand of gluten free bread I had bought, but I can't remember the brand made my stomach not feel so good. Then I noticed the store didn't sell it anymore. I do fine with Udis but not crazy about the taste...
