Better batter flour is gluten free flour that I purchase on www.betterbatter.org it is a gluten free flour that is made up of rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour and xantham gum. I'm sure you can use any gluten free flour thats just the kind I have at home. -

Hi, Have you tried any of the places at Barefoot Landing ? We stay just across the street at Oceancreek every year. And we are always at the shops at Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach.
