I get that this forum is about Celiac and gluten. Even if I tested positive for Celiac, it doesn’t explain the histamine reactions to the dozens of foods and spices which have nothing to do with gluten. Strawberries? Onions? Garlic? Corn? Pork? I was diagnosed in 2012 with idiopathic small fiber peripheral neuropathy. The disease had been a problem for 20 years until I finally found the right neurologist to diagnose the problem.
