    Because my bloodwork was "borderline" and my biopsy negative, this is how my doc diagnosed me. I have HLA DQ8 and a very strong reaction to gluten. That was enough for her. There are so many good gluten-free options (as well as foods that are naturally gluten-free) out there, it's worth a try!

    She sounds a lot like my niece (not blood related to me) who is now 4. When she was 2, she wasn't growing weight-wise, horrible screaming fits, diarrhea. She too tested negative for celiac. Turned out her major problems were horrible reflux (which she outgrew) and lactose intolerance (which she still is). I STILL suspect celiac for her but her family...
